Delete Your Strata Account
You can permanently delete your Strata account and associated data at any time, directly in the app or by email. This page explains both methods, what is deleted, and what may be retained.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open the Strata mobile app
Sign in if you aren't already.
- Go to your Profile
Tap the Profile tab, then open Account & security.
- Select Delete Account
It's at the bottom of the Account & security screen.
- Confirm deletion
Confirm twice. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the email address associated with your Strata account and request account deletion. We respond within 30 days.

| Backups & archived records | Retained temporarily | Limited residual copies may persist for a limited time, and longer only where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance. |
| Aggregated or anonymized data | May be retained | Only data that no longer identifies you. |
| Third-party processed data | Provider policies apply | Some data processed by service providers may be retained according to their policies and legal obligations. |
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can disconnect a linked financial account at any time in Strata settings. Disconnecting stops further syncing, deletes the holdings and transactions synced from that account from Strata systems, and revokes our access authorization for that account at the aggregation provider. You can also revoke access directly with the aggregation provider or your financial institution.
